5. Customs & Import Fees

6. Returns & Refunds
UK customers usually have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging where applicable.
